In one month, 18 September 2017, one of the most important and most anticipated events in the textile industry – Première Vision will be held in Paris. Every year the fair attracts thousands of textile and clothing manufacturers, designers and people interested in fashion. It is an opportunity to present the offer or learn the latest trends for the coming seasons.
Première Vision has over 40 years of tradition and is considered one of the most prestigious events in the clothing and textile industry in the world. Best manufacturers exhibit their products at this fairs in Paris and the knowledge that can be gained there inspires designers of most famous clothing brands. Première Vision is also a meeting point for interconnected branches of the textile and clothing industry and where significant business relationships are established.
The fair is held twice a year, usually in February and September. It is divided into seven sectors:

Première Vision Fabrics (Fabrics)
Knitwear Solutions (Knitwear)
Première Vision Leather (Leather)
Première Vision Designs (Design)
Première Vision Accessories (Garment Accessories)
Première Vision Manufacturing (Manufacturing).
In 2016, 1,889 exhibitors and 56,475 visitors participated in the September edition of the fair.
In addition to Première Vision, other textile fairs are also held in Paris at the same time. Texworld is an example of such fairs and although it is a slightly smaller event, it is an important overview of the global trends in fabrics and knitwear for all those interested in fashion industry. In 2016, 969 exhibitors took part in the fair and presented almost all types of natural and synthetic fabrics, ready-made garments and modern technological solutions for the textile industry.
