ISO 9001
ISO 9001 is a standard issued by the International Organization for Standardization which defines the requirements that an organization’s quality management system should meet. It concerns among others an oversight of the documentation and regulations present in each process taking place in an enterprise, the involvement of the company management in the implementation, operation and improvement of the quality management system, systematization of human resources management, infrastructure and work environment factors, setting of the regulations that an enterprise has to fulfill in the planning of the implementation of key processes, as well as making systematic measurements and analyses.
This standard is based on eight quality management principles:
ISO 14001
ISO 14001 is the norm that sets out the requirements for environmental management. The purpose of this standard is to support environmental protection and prevention of pollution. It is related to the changes that are taking place in the modern world and the challenges we face. This standard does not set specific requirements for the effects of environmental activities, it only sets management methods. The success of the system depends on the commitment of all the company’s employees as well as the leadership that plays a decisive role in evaluating the development of the system. Implementing ISO 14001 demonstrates that the company’s management system complies with international standards and is continually improving.
